Key Responsibilities:
1. Product & Component Design:
- Develop 2D and 3D CAD models using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
2. Manufacturability & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through design modifications and process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing processes.
3. Prototyping & Testing:
- Develop prototypes and oversee testing to validate design performance.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement design improvements based on test results.
- Ensure prototypes align with functional and aesthetic requirements.
4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
- Work with suppliers to ensure material and component selection align with quality and cost targets.
- Assist production teams in resolving design-related manufacturing issues.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to implement design changes based on feedback.
5. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain design records, engineering change notices, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety compliance requirements.
- Participate in audits and provide design-related documentation as needed.
Qualification : Diploma/BE Mechanical
Location: Ahemdabad
Expierence : 2 year to 5 Years
Salary : 25000 to 35000 Per Month
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
