We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and sell products or services effectively over the phone. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales and promote products/services.
Build rapport with potential customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Convert leads into sales by demonstrating product knowledge, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and drive sales opportunities.
Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide assistance with product information.
Record and track customer interactions, sales activities, and results in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to listen actively to customer needs and tailor conversations to offer suitable solutions.
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong drive to meet sales targets and achieve performance benchmarks.
Ability to quickly assess customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
Focused on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 2 Years Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
