Job Overview
We are looking for a Solar Liaisoning Engineer to manage solar project approvals, net-metering processes, DISCOM coordination, and project documentation. The candidate will work closely with customers, Vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely approvals and successful project commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle DISCOM liaisoning for Net Metering, Gross Metering, and Solar Approvals.
✅ Coordinate meter installation approvals, inspections, and CEIG documentation.
✅ Prepare and submit applications, forms, and project-related documents.
✅ Follow up with DISCOM officials and government authorities for timely approvals.
✅ Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers for site readiness and inspections.
✅ Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and approval status records.
✅ Assist customers with metering and approval-related queries.
✅ Support project execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Solar Net-Metering & DISCOM Processes
- Solar Project Coordination
- Documentation & MIS Reporting
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic AutoCAD Knowledge
- Strong Communication & Follow-up Skills
- Ability to handle field visits and government liaisoning
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience in Solar Liaisoning, Net-Metering, or Solar EPC Projects preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling DISCOM approvals and CEIG documentation.
- Familiarity with Rooftop Solar Projects and Meter Installation Procedures.
