Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to translate project requirements into robust and user-friendly applications.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Implement server-side logic and interact with various databases.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients and gather new or existing project requirements during on-site visits.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Maintain a punctual and regular work schedule, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laravel developer with at least 1 year of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of PHP, object-oriented programming principles, and the Laravel ecosystem (including Blade templating).
- Understanding of web application security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel to client locations occasionally.
