RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Device Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, thin clients, and VDI environments.
- OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security.
- Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools.
- Application Packaging & Patch Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively.
- ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framewor k).
- Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.
