EvoluteIQ is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of backend components for our enterprise-grade automation platform. This role requires strong programming skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience with large-scale system architectures.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Python.
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.
Implement APIs, micro services, and data processing pipelines.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in production environments.

What will you bring to the team?

7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years in Python.
Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Good knowledge of RESTful API design, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORM tools.
Working experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms such as
AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka Experience with AI/ML integrations or data-intensive applications.
Familiarity with message) and caching systems (Redis).
Exposure to test automation and performance tuning.
