We are looking for a System Administrator & Cybersecurity Specialist to manage the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, network management, cybersecurity operations, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, desktops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets while ensuring system availability.
- Configure and manage firewalls (Sophos), security policies, and access controls.
- Implement endpoint hardening, device security, endpoint protection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, basic security audits, and recommend remediation measures.
- Support malware detection, removal, and incident response activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in System Administration and Cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration, Networking, Firewalls, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Endpoint Security.
- Experience with antivirus, endpoint protection, SIEM, or other cybersecurity tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
