Westbury Sportswear, a fast-growing digital-first sportswear brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq & Ajio, is looking for an HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our HR team!
What you'll own:
End-to-end recruitment coordination — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollouts
Onboarding & induction coordination for new joiners
Day-to-day HR operations support — documentation, HRMS updates, employee records
Coordinating with hiring managers to close open positions on time
Supporting employee lifecycle activities (confirmations, exits, letters)
Assisting with HR event & engagement activity coordination
What we're looking for:
2–4 years of experience in recruitment operations / HR coordination
Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean HR team
Proficiency with HRMS tools (GreytHR experience a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
