Social Media Executive – Digital Media Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate daily social media operations across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content scheduling, cross-functional coordination, quality checks, and timely publishing while maintaining brand consistency and campaign timelines.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital media agency and handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Marketing, Content, and Media for content inputs and approvals
- Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and accuracy before publishing
- Monitor publishing timelines and ensure zero delays in campaign execution
- Handle quick content edits and minor design modifications during urgent campaign requirements
- Manage multiple social media brand accounts effectively
- Maintain proper content calendars and publishing schedules
- Support campaign execution with timely coordination and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Operations or Digital Media Management
- Prior experience in a Digital Media Agency is mandatory
- Experience in handling multiple client or brand accounts
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Good understanding of social media platforms and publishing workflows
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Filmora
- Basic knowledge of content editing and design corrections
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Additional Information:
- Candidates from YouTube channel management backgrounds alone will not be considered
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
