As we scale, we are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Co-Founder to join the core team and take charge of the business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies. Role Overview This is not a typical 9-to-5 job. As a Co-Founder, you will own half the hustle. Your primary mission will be to drive business growth—bringing in new clients, managing lead generation funnels, and improving our digital footprint through SEO and marketing strategies. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, a hunger to learn, and the drive to build something big from scratch, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close deals with potential clients who need website development and digital services. Lead Generation: Build and execute creative strategies to generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, social media, and local networking. SEO & Digital Marketing: Assist in optimizing our website and content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and inbound leads. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the core team to define pricing strategies, service packages, and long-term growth plans. Client Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact for onboarding new clients and ensuring their requirements are aligned with our development team. Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria): Education No Bar: College students, recent graduates, or freshers with a strong hustle mentality are 100% eligible. Skills Over Degrees: Basic understanding of how websites work, how Google search works (SEO basics), and how online marketing operates. Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi to confidently pitch to business owners. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, ready to take ownership, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment. Willingness to Learn: If you don't know advanced SEO or lead generation tools yet, you should have the passion to learn them quickly.
