Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Process Associate – US Healthcare Medical Claim Support. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the US healthcare and medical claims domain, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers for follow-ups
- Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are achieved as per SLA requirements.
- Handle client interactions and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with providers, hospitals, and insurance companies regarding claim status and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the system.
- Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in the US Healthcare, Medical Claims, Insurance, or Medical Billing domain.
- Hands-on experience in outbound calling to healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare System and Medical Claims Processing.
- Good knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Familiarity with ICD and CPT Codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
Important Notes
- This is a complete onsite role based in Pitampura, Delhi.
- Night shift transportation/cab facility is not provided.
- Candidates with prior US Healthcare calling experience will be preferred.
