System Administrator
Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) – Onsite

About the Role
We're building our new Vizag delivery center from the ground up and are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to support our IT infrastructure during this exciting growth phase. If you enjoy troubleshooting, setting up systems, and providing excellent technical support, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Provide support for LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, internet access, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, password resets, and Active Directory administration.
- Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, and office IT infrastructure.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for internet connectivity, hardware procurement, and IT support services.
- Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies, standards, and documentation practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in System Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, user account management, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience in installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with IT asset management and documentation.
- Basic understanding of backup and recovery procedures.
- Exposure to ticketing systems and IT service management tools is an advantage.
