Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our QSR outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, inventory control, customer service, and Petpooja POS.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, maintaining food and service quality, controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle Petpooja POS operations, including order management, billing, KOT, discounts, settlements, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day closing.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, portion control, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant SOPs.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely order preparation and service.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Track daily sales and operational KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of required raw materials and supplies.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain staff attendance, shift schedules, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports with management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant/QSR operations, preferably as a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Petpooja POS is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant billing, KOT, inventory, stock management, and daily closing procedures.
- Good understanding of food cost, wastage control, and basic restaurant P&L concepts.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, operationally strong, and comfortable managing a QSR outlet independently. Candidates with experience handling Petpooja, inventory, staff scheduling, daily sales reporting, and outlet-level operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
