Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop lesson plans for subjects such as history, geography, civics, and economics tailored to student age groups.
- Classroom Engagement: Utilize interactive teaching strategies, experiential learning, and activity-based learning to make topics relevant.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create tests, grade assignments, and track student progress on academic performance.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Collaboration: Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with staff on curriculum planning.
- Extracurriculars: Guide students in debates, projects, and field trips.
Requirements
1. Qualification: B.A Political Science +B.Ed. M.A Political Science preferred
2. Experience: 2+ years teaching experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills welcome
3. Skills: Excellent spoken + written English, expressive teaching style, basic ICT skills
4. Other: CTET/TET qualified candidates preferred
