Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the reception, welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain office records and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of front office or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
