Job Description – Test Leader (Software Product Testing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Test Leader with 3–5 years of experience in manual and automation testing within a product-based environment. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, and JIRA (mandatory). The role involves leading testing activities, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end testing for product releases
· Design and execute manual & automated test cases
· Test microservices involving Kafka and Camel integrations
· Perform API, regression, and integration testing
· Monitor message flows and validate event-driven systems
· Track defects and manage test cycles in JIRA (Mandatory)
· Prepare test plans and provide release sign-off
Required Skills
· Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium/RestAssured/TestNG or similar)
· API Testing (Postman/Swagger)
· Experience with Apache Kafka & Apache Camel
· Strong understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
· SQL knowledge for database validation
· Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹770,462.56 per year
