Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities
- Allocate work to workers and monitor machine operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Minimize downtime and improve productivity
Operations & Coordination:
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the factory area
- Coordinate with Purchase team for raw material requirements
- Coordinate with Warehouse team for finished goods handling and dispatch
Quality Control:
- Check product quality during and after production
- Ensure proper finish, size, and consistency of products
- Identify defects and take corrective action
- Ensure only quality-checked goods are dispatched
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
