Personal Assistant to a Director ( Only-F )
Serves as the primary support, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence. The role requires acting as a gatekeeper and liaison to ensure the Director's schedule runs smoothly and confidential matters are handled with discretion.
Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize complex, day-to-day schedules. Proactively resolve conflicts and act as a gatekeeper for the Director's time.
- Communication & Correspondence: Screen phone calls, draft emails, and manage incoming/outgoing mail on behalf of the Director. Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed business travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary presentation materials, and take minutes to track action items.
- Document & Data Management: Handle confidential files, prepare reports, and maintain administrative databases.Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Organization: Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
