About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through strategic LinkedIn outreach and personalized cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying target prospects, crafting compelling outreach messages, nurturing relationships, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and manage prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Track outreach performance, optimize campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 1–7 years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and prospecting tools
- Strong written communication and personalization skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working with outreach targets and KPIs.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt messaging, and build meaningful prospect relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
