Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (IT Software Sales)
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office + Client Visits)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage with prospects to understand business needs and deliver impactful product demonstrations
- Drive revenue growth through software sales and client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Conduct client meetings and on-site product demos (as required)
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/software sales
- Prior experience in an IT company selling software products
- Strong skills in client interaction, presentations, and demos
- Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven mindset
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Work Setup
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
