Job Title - CMM Engineer
Department - Quality Assurance
Experience - 2-3+ years
Qualification- DME / BE
Main responsibility
1) Independent operating Portable CMM-Absolute Arm 2.5 meter (Hexagon make)
2) Independent operating Portable CMM-Absolute Arm 4.0 meter. (Hexagon make)
3) Independent operating Laser Tracker CMM (AT-500 Hexagon make)
4) Set up fixtures, fabricated & machining parts checking as per drawing requirement.
Qualifications & Skills
1) DME or BE completed candidate must.
2) Deep knowledge of GD & T (Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances)
3) Good experience with Polywork Inspector Software (Operating +Programming)
4) Good experience with PC-DMIS Software (Operating +Programming)
5) 2 to 3+ year CMM inspection experience for fabrication / machining parts.
Key Competencies
1) Handling / operating the other measuring instruments also like Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Caliper, Roughness Tester.
2) Good command on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Knowledge
1) Well knowledge of GD & T.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
