Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele caller to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, following up with leads, and converting potential students into admissions for our institute.
Key Responsibilities:
. Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up regularly.
. Explain course details, admission process, and institute benefits.
. Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
. Maintain and update student databases with accurate information.
. Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow up targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Good communication skills.
. Basic computer knowledge.
. Ability to handle and meet calling targets.
. Positive attitude and convincing ability.
