Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our Amazon India and Amazon USA seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for daily order processing, product listing management, catalog maintenance, image uploads, inventory monitoring, and overall marketplace operations. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure all listings remain accurate, active, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon India & Amazon USA seller accounts.
- Process daily orders and monitor shipments, returns, and cancellations.
- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and variations.
- Perform regular listing audits to identify and fix catalog issues.
- Upload and manage product images as per Amazon standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Maintain daily reports for orders, listings, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth marketplace operations.
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central (India & USA).
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of order processing and inventory management.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good Hindi communication and basic English skills.
