Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our premium residential project designed exclusively for BK (Brahma Kumaris) members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of residential units and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize project bookings.
- Identify and convert prospective buyers through direct sales, referrals, events, and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations.
Lead Management
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with BK members and prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Channel Partner & Network Development
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach programs targeting BK communities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate sales records, agreements, booking forms, and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing.
Team Leadership (If Applicable)
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential projects.
- Experience working with community-based or niche customer segments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹55,608.32 per month
