We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist to oversee and execute the manufacturing of cosmetic products while ensuring adherence to quality standards, GMP guidelines, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing of cosmetic products as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure accurate weighing, dispensing, mixing, emulsification, and filling of products.
- Monitor production parameters and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Maintain BMR, Batch Packaging Records (BPR), production logs, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company SOPs.
- Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with the QC team for testing and approvals.
- Coordinate with the Stores department for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Supervise production operators and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Support production planning activities and ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in batch manufacturing, process control, and production documentation.
- Good understanding of GMP guidelines, SOPs, and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Location: Palghar, Kolgaon
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
