Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and required documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Follow up with departments for pending tasks and updates.
- Organize meetings, events, and management visits.
- Maintain records, files, and important documents systematically.
- Assist in business coordination and operational activities.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
