To review quarterly manpower planning & departmental manpower requirements

To interact with departmental heads & understand profile specifications, strategize & plan recruitments

To source candidates through job portals, professional & social networking sites, employee referrals, internal recruitments, consultants & identify other innovative & cost effective ways of sourcing

To liaise with sourcing vendors & ensure that they comply with the sourcing SLAs laid down by the company.

To regularly calculate recruitment metrics in order to maintain cost & TAT
To coordinate candidate screening, evaluation & selection processes to secure best fit candidates

To undertake preliminary screening & shortlist candidates that fulfill the selection credentials

To schedule interviews in coordination with the departmental heads & undertake candidate assessments

To ensure efficient documentation and referral checks, medical tests, etc for new joinees inline with the organizational policy
To manage joining & onboarding formalities of the new hires for their smooth transition into the company

To perform requisite administrative functions related to joining formalities

To facilitate induction & smooth on-board transition of the new employee

To brief the candidate about the job profile, salary & benefits, important new joinee policies & issue the appointment letter.
To manage recruitment MIS, undertake process improvements & provide strategic inputs

To maintain analytics pertaining to recruitment closure and TATs, recruitment cost ratios, sourcing channel efficiency etc.

To periodically study attrition analysis & suggest changes in recruitment strategies to the management

To coordinate for new recruitment/ assessment tools and to induct the hiring managers with efficient assessment techniques for enabling them to assess interviewees better
