- Feasibility Studies: Assess proposed sites for environmental impact, soil conditions, and viability.
- Blueprinting: Use computer modeling and CAD software to develop structural designs and blueprints.
- Cost Estimation: Calculate budgets for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Compliance: Navigate zoning laws and submit permit applications to government officials.
2. Construction & Management
- Project Management: Coordinate between architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and regulatory standards.
3. Maintenance & Operations
- Infrastructure Upkeep: Develop plans for the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of aging structures.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risks associated with natural disasters or heavy wear to guarantee long-term safety.
- Overseeing and Management of Interior and Exterior Design of the newly constructing Building.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
