Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for 2-wheeler vehicles
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
- Monitor competitor activity and implement counter strategies
- Drive retail and wholesale business through dealer network
2. Dealer Management
- Manage existing dealership network and ensure performance improvement
- Identify and appoint new dealers in potential markets
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and brand standards
- Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews
3. Team Management
- Lead and motivate sales executives / ASM / field team
- Set individual targets and monitor performance
- Provide training and product knowledge support
- Ensure team discipline and productivity
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support product launches and dealership events
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities
5. Customer & Market Handling
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service experience
- Strengthen brand loyalty in the region
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Track MIS data for sales, inventory, and collections
- Provide market insights to senior management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
