Minimum Qualification
: B.E. or B.Tech. or bachelor’s degree with MBA (any specialization).
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for handling digital transformation initiatives (Major Automations) from AUT perspective across the organization. Handle end-to-end project management activities including project tracking & reporting for all assigned projects along with project risk management.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Creating Business Value
- Delivery of major automation projects with required business value, quality, and desired benefits to the end user / customer.
- Work with business teams to create of value road map and associated detailed project plan.
2. Project Delivery
- Monitoring & ensure project delivery as per the set deliverables, scope, timeline, budget, etc.
- Conduct daily standup with the project team to understand project progress and work towards flawless project execution.
- Maintain project documentation as per the defined processes.
- Defining a project reporting structure and reporting on a cadence to the management, AUT CoE and to other senior stakeholders.
- Regular sync-ups with the Business stakeholders, MSIL seniors, Partner vendors and AUT stakeholders to keep a close eye on project status.
3. Risk Mitigation
- Assess potential risks that may arise in project execution and plan mitigation for the same.
- Escalate issues which might impact project delivery, in a timely manner.
- Ensuring learnings form various projects are constantly recorded and incorporated into actions to enable continuous learning and improvement.
4. Business Understanding
- Recommend process improvements using business knowledge to make project delivery more efficient.
- Maintain close engagement with business stakeholders and handle.
Technical Capabilities
- Good knowledge of the project management landscape, tools. and methodologies.
- Strong domain knowledge with a Manufacturing company preferably.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Hands on experience of Project Management & Monitoring tools such as Jira is preferred.
