Job Description: To drive process maturity, institutionalizing quantitative management practices, and ensuring successful appraisal for CMMI Level 5.
Educational Requirements: B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MBA in IT / CS
Experience: 5 – 10 Years in Software Quality Assurance and Software Process Excellence.
Total 15 – 20 Years in Software industry.
Prior experience of involvement in CMMI implementation will be an added advantage.
Skills: Strong Analytical and Inter-personal
Excellent communication
Problem Management and RCA
Metrics and SLAs
Change Management
Experience of working in leadership roles and projects / activities involving multiple parties will be added advantages.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
