About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The role focuses on generating room, restaurant, and banquet revenue for a hotel with 100+ rooms and an in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maximize room revenue through corporate, travel agent, OTA, and group bookings.
- Promote hotel restaurant, banquets, meetings, and event spaces.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop corporate accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property site inspections.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
