Title: Talent Marketing Partner - Candidate Experience

Job Description:
Owning the (digital) candidate experience journey until conversion (application), identifying through data the most relevant touchpoints and points of conversion. Expanding the scope to include candidate discovery and experience across AI-powered and conversational platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), ensuring our employer brand shows up accurately, consistently, and compellingly wherever candidates search and ask questions.
Your role:
- Identify ways and tools to improve the candidate experience at the most relevant branded digital touchpoints (Career website, CRM…) as well as across distributed discovery channels including search engines, and AI-driven interfaces.
- Increase candidate conversion rate and candidate satisfaction along the digital candidate journey through SMART actions leveraging AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and personalization to optimize journeys in real time.
- Be the central point of contact who is managing together with the development team of the external supplier the implementation of new features, continuous development of our global career website and creating a roadmap to improve and create more business value while evolving the career site into a connected hub within a broader AI-enabled candidate experience ecosystem
- Be the subject matter expert of our current and future digital tools for candidate experience pre-conversion (Phenom People, Avature CRM…) including AI-powered platforms such as conversational agents, recommendation engines, and personalization tools.
- Define and coordinate all the activities of content management (video, Q&A, images) for the key candidate touchpoints pre-conversion ensuring content is structured and optimized for SEO, as well as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), so it performs effectively in AI-powered search and assistant experiences
- Advice for post-conversion candidate experience touchpoints (assessment; recruitment process, interviews, pre-boarding etc…)
- Know the state-of-art technology in the field of candidate experience and is able to get buy-in from critical stakeholders to implement new digital tools (i.e. virtual reality platforms) including emerging AI capabilities that enhance candidate engagement, automate interactions, and improve decision-making through data
You're the right fit if:
1.You have a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related business area
2.You have minimum of 8 years’ experience in CX, UX, Digital Marketing or E-commerce roles with exposure to AI-driven marketing, personalization, or conversational experiences
3.You have solid knowledge of website product ownership and data-driven mindset: ability to collect insights, understand analytics and optimize based on data points to predict measurable results with understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO principles and how content performs in AI-driven search environments
4.Proven ability to influence others and gain support for new ideas
5.Proven ability to manage the work of external vendors and providers
6.Strong written communication and verbal presentation skills in English
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
