About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should be strong in team handling, sales management, and customer experience, with a keen understanding of jewellery retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/annual revenue goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle high-value clients
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordination with backend team
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and offers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in retail, preferably jewellery industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of sales strategies and customer handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
