Main responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production.
- Supervise production workers and operators.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain product quality and reduce defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and purchase departments.
- Monitor raw-material availability and machine performance.
- Ensure workplace safety and follow company procedures.
- Prepare production reports and maintain records.
- Control wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Handle production-related problems and take corrective action.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
