Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using PRPC
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build workflows, UI, integrations, and decision rules in Pega
- Work on case management, process flows, and business rules
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, and Architecture teams
- Provide support for production issues and system enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–14 years of IT experience with hands-on Pega development
- Strong experience with Pega PRPC (v7/v8 or later)
- Knowledge of BPM concepts, case management, and workflows
- Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs)
- Familiarity with Pega rules, activities, data pages, and UI design
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
