- Prepare the bar area for service by ensuring it is clean, stocked, and properly set up.
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to specified recipes.
- Stock and manage inventory of supplies like ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all activities comply with state and local laws for serving alcohol.
- Track and manage bar inventory.
- Communicate replenishment needs promptly to avoid shortages.
- Requisition necessary supplies, such as liquor.
- Take orders, communicate special requests to kitchen or bar staff, and ensure timely and quality preparation.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Collect customer feedback for potential improvements to the menu and service.
