Cogent Data Solutions is hiring for UPR IMPEXLocation: Hyderabad HITEC City Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice PreferredJob Summary:Looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, purchase orders and EXIM procurement operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international procurement activities.
- Identify and develop domestic & international suppliers.
- Source materials, obtain quotations and negotiate price, payment and delivery terms.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers and finance teams.
- Handle import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB and certificates.
- Track POs, shipments, deliveries and material availability.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery and commercial issues.
- Maintain vendor records, procurement reports and MIS.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase / EXIM.
- Strong Vendor Management, Supplier Development & Sourcing experience.
- Good knowledge of Import/Export, Incoterms, Customs & Shipping Documentation.
- Strong Negotiation and Cost Management skills.
- Experience with PO Management and international suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Procurement + EXIM Operations preferred.
- Experience with international suppliers, freight forwarders and CHA is an advantage.
- Immediate / short notice joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,567.43 - ₹40,767.44 per month
