CelesTech Infra is a U.S.-based infrastructure engineering and consulting company focused on AI/GPU infrastructure, data center networking, backbone/DCI, network automation, observability, and production infrastructure operations.
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive based in India to develop CelesTech Infra’s U.S. customer and partner pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Identify U.S. companies, system integrators, MSPs, prime vendors and consulting partners with infrastructure requirements.
- Generate qualified leads for infrastructure engineering and consulting engagements.
- Develop relationships with vendor managers, procurement teams, engineering leaders and technology partners.
- Identify C2C and subcontracting opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Help register CelesTech Infra with relevant vendor/supplier programs.
- Research upcoming AI infrastructure, data center, cloud and networking projects.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow-up cadence.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings with CelesTech leadership.
- Assist with proposals, capability statements, RFIs/RFPs and follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships rather than simply generating lead lists.
Required
- 2+ years of business development/sales experience in U.S. IT services, consulting, staffing, MSP/SI or technology services.
- Experience selling to or working with U.S. customers.
- Understanding of C2C, subcontracting and vendor relationships.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach and CRM.
- Ability to independently research accounts and identify decision-makers.
Highly preferred
- Existing relationships with U.S. IT vendors, system integrators or enterprise customers.
- Experience selling infrastructure/cloud/network/data-center services.
- Experience with vendor onboarding and procurement.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, networking or cloud technologies.
Remote, India. have meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours.
Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
