Job Description
The Lead Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth for the Wellness Centre. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing leadership, brand management, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on customer experience and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the wellness centre’s vision, services, and growth goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies
- Own the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and budget
Brand & Positioning
- Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
- Ensure all marketing reflects wellness values such as trust, care, authenticity, and professionalism
- Oversee content tone, visuals, and messaging
Analytics & Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Use data insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, spa, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing influencer or partnership marketing
