The Legal & Documentation Executive will support the company’s land acquisition and investment activities by assisting with legal reviews, documentation, coordination, and general office support. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about real estate investments, land banking, and legal processes.
- Review land titles, agreements, ownership records, and compliance documents.
- Ensure legal accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal consultants and government offices for due diligence and verifications.
- Draft reports, presentations, MIS summaries, and investment briefs related to land transactions.
- Maintain organized records of documents, approvals, and filings.
- Liaise with brokers, surveyors, legal teams, and government departments.
- Track status of land deals, approvals, and documentation workflows.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes, manage calendars, and support communication.
- Assist the VP with emails, documentation, and general office tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Commerce / Business Administration / related fields.
- Basic understanding of land laws, documentation, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
