Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team.
Location: Uppalwadi, Kamptee Road, Nagpur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with clients
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Coordinate with clients for hiring requirements
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment
prior experience in a consultancy/recruitment firm is plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
