About the Role
Whitelane Holdings Limited is looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our Bangalore Office. The candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants and project teams to develop accurate architectural and interior construction documentation for projects in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, enlarged details and construction details.
- Prepare detailed drawings for flooring, ceilings, toilets, staircases, doors/windows and other architectural components.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and interior drawings.
- Incorporate consultant inputs and site changes into drawings and maintain revisions/drawing registers.
- Assist architects in converting design concepts into technically executable drawings.
- Coordinate with site teams and vendors for drawing-related clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, levels, specifications and detailing before issue.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of professional drafting experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior construction detailing.
- Ability to read structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, joinery, finishes and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, entertainment or high-end interior projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
