About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from clients and resolve their queries related to diagnostic reports in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to client calls regarding reports and related issues.
- Provide accurate information and ensure quick resolution of client concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalations efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer support (especially in healthcare/diagnostic services) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to stay calm and professional while handling client concerns.
