AKSHAYA CTS specializes in custom clothing, private label manufacturing, and bulk production. It works with both woven and knitted fabrics across menswear, womenswear, and kidswear, covering western, ethnic, fusion, indo-western, and occasion wear.
Role Description The Apparel Production & Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing production activities, including planning production schedules, coordinating teams and vendors, and managing material sourcing in alignment with order requirements.
The team member will monitor daily factory operations, supervise line setups, track workflow, and ensure garments meet quality standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities also include implementing quality control procedures, resolving production issues, maintaining production records, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The role requires regular communication with internal teams and external partners, as well as supporting training and guidance for production staff to improve efficiency and consistency.
Job Description
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to handle scheduling, capacity utilization, and end-to-end order execution, coordinate with clients, and external vendors.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to implement inspection processes and maintain product standards across wovens and knits.
- Relevant experience in apparel manufacturing or garment production operations.
- Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and basic technical specifications for woven and knit products.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Must Have !
- Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
