Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Operations:
● Manage end-to-end operations of the campus, including engineering services (MEP,
Civil, Elevators, BMS), soft services (housekeeping, security, landscaping), and general
administration.
● Ensure 24/7 uptime for critical systems
2. Vendor & Service Provider Management:
● Oversee AMC contracts, vendor performance, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance. Conduct
regular reviews and audits of outsourced services.
● Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for campus-related issues. Resolve escalations,
support onboarding of new clients, and suggest new vendors
3. Compliance & Sustainability:
● Ensure 100% compliance with local regulations (Pollution Control Board, Fire NOC,
Labour Laws, etc.). Coordinate with local authorities as needed.
● Drive energy-saving projects, STP operations, and propel the organisation towards a
sustainable campus
4. Strategy and Reporting:
● Prepare annual O&M budgets, monitor costs, and optimise resource utilisation. Approve
and track monthly & yearly expense reports.
● Send regular reports to management on campus incidents and MIS, and coordinate with
various teams like infra, IT on special projects
● Raise requests for repair & maintenance, and coordinate on new infrastructure
development
5. Risk & Crisis Management:
● Maintain updated emergency response plans and lead mock drills for fire, electrical
failure, etc. Prepare SOPs and create efficient processes for preventing crises as well as
reacting to them
● Develop and implement emergency response protocols; lead business continuity
planning
Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum qualification: Graduation. Civil, Electrical engineering would be preferable,
but not mandatory
● Previous experience in managing big office Tech parks, university campuses is a must.
● Minimum experience of 8-12 years, and at least 2-4 years in a facility management/
campus management role leading a team
