CBU Premier Bike Technician
Experience Required: 3–5 Years Requirement: 8 Backup: 1 Total: 9 Working Location: Ulsoor, Mahadevapura, Hennur & Marathahalli locations
Key Responsibilities & Role:
1.
Advanced Diagnostics: Perform in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting of CBU premium bikes.
2.
Complex Repairs: Handle repairs and maintenance of high-performance premium motorcycles.
3.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with advanced technical aspects of CBU bike models.
4.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine services like oil changes, tire replacements, brake servicing, etc.
5.
Collaboration with Service Advisors: Work closely with Service Advisors to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
6.
Parts Management: Ensure timely and accurate use of parts during repairs, and notify of parts that need reordering.
7.
Test Riding: Conduct test rides to ensure bikes are functioning optimally after repairs.
8.
Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols when handling high-performance motorcycles.
9.
Precision Work: Deliver accurate and high-quality work, particularly on sensitive premium bike components.
10.
Customer Communication: Provide technical advice to customers regarding bike maintenance and repair needs.
11.
Documentation: Accurately record all repairs, parts replaced, and services performed.
12.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations.
13.
Workshops Management: Keep the workshop clean, organized, and efficient for optimum productivity.
14.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and engine issues with minimal downtime.
15.
Skill Development: Continuously improve technical skills through ongoing learning and exposure to advanced repair technologies.
