Role Overview We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Junior Videographer & Video Editor to handle both on-location production and post-production workflows. In this role, you will assist in filming brand assets, social campaigns, and commercial content, followed by assembling, cutting, and polishing finished videos across multiple platforms—especially vertical short-form (9:16) and horizontal long-form formats.
Key Responsibilities Production & Videography
- Operate mirrorless/cinema camera systems, gimbals, stabilizers, and basic lighting/audio setups on location and in-studio.
- Assist in staging, framing, and capturing high-quality B-roll, interviews, product highlights, and architectural/environmental footage.
- Maintain, test, and inventory camera rigs, lenses, lighting kits, wireless audio transmitters, and field gear before and after shoots.
Post-Production & Editing
- Ingest, organize, label, and back up raw footage following standardized folder structures and file-naming conventions.
- Create rough and fine assemblies for multi-platform deliverables (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and website hero video).
- Apply sound design, background music curation, basic audio mastering (dialogue leveling, noise reduction), and color correction/grading.
- Create kinetic typography, basic lower thirds, title cards, and motion graphics templates.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing leads, creative directors, and copywriters to interpret storyboards, shot lists, and creative briefs.
- Implement feedback efficiently across review cycles to meet tight turnaround windows.
- Stay updated on visual trends, pacing, camera tech, and platform-specific formatting standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video production and post-production (agency, in-house marketing, or freelance). A portfolio or reel is strictly required.
- Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Production Gear: Practical knowledge of manual camera controls (exposure triangle, frame rates, color profiles like Log/S-Log), lighting setups (3-point lighting, softboxes, diffusion), and audio capture (lavalier and shotgun mics).
- Format Fluency: Deep understanding of editing dynamics across aspect ratios (9:16 vertical storytelling vs. 16:9 cinematic widescreen).
- Workflow Management: Solid file hygiene, proxy workflows, and version-control discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating drones (licensed preferred) for architectural, event, or landscape capture.
- Basic familiarity with 3D camera tracking, basic compositing, or generative AI video tools for pre-visualization.
- Prior experience shooting in dynamic environments such as real estate, commercial retail, tech, or live activations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
