We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert (urgently )who will take full responsibility of our company’s online presence, brand positioning, and lead generation system.
This role is highly performance-driven and directly responsible for generating high-quality national & international B2B leadsfor our software development and web development services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Social Media & Brand Growth
- Manage and grow all company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Build a strong B2B brand presence and authority
- Plan & execute content strategy (case studies, service posts, client success stories)
- Optimize company profiles for conversion and credibility
✅ B2B Lead Generation (National & International)
- Design & execute multi-channel B2B lead generation strategies
- Generate high-quality leads for:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- SaaS / ERP / Business Automation
- Build scalable lead funnels for both inbound & outbound leads
- Qualify leads and hand over sales-ready leads to the sales team
✅ Performance Marketing (Paid Ads – Master Level Required)
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create high-converting ad copies, creatives & landing page funnels
- Manage budget, ROAS, CPL & performance reports
- Continuous A/B testing for ads & landing pages
✅ B2B Platforms & Marketplaces Lead Generation
Strong hands-on experience in lead generation from:
- Upwork
- Clutch
- IndiaMART
- TradeIndia
- Justdial
Responsibilities include:
- Profile optimization
- Bid strategy
- Proposal strategy
- Lead qualification
- Profile growth & review strategy
✅ LinkedIn Lead Generation (Advanced Level)
- Optimize company & founder profiles
- Build B2B prospect lists
- Execute LinkedIn outreach & nurturing campaigns
- Experience with Sales Navigator is a plus
- Convert connections into booked sales calls
✅ Strategy, Funnel & Automation
- Build lead funnels from ad → landing page → CRM
- Set up lead tracking, CRM integration & reporting
- Improve lead quality over time
- Build SOPs & playbooks for scalable growth
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 3–6+ years experience in B2B digital marketing for software/web development companies
- Proven track record of generating high-quality international B2B leads
- Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn B2B lead generation
- Hands-on experience in marketplaces: Upwork, Clutch, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial
- Deep understanding of software development services sales funnel
- Strong copywriting skills (ad copy + outreach messages)
- Data-driven mindset (CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Funnel metrics)
Nice to Have (Bonus Points):
- Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, EU, Middle East)
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO
