Job Description:
We are hiring Telecalling Executives to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain call records and update reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
- Ability to work in a team
